Official JSON of IPv4 and IPv6 prefixes by service and region—including CloudFront (CLOUDFRONT and related rows per AWS documentation). One feed covers all services; use the docs to filter what you need.

AWS publishes a single JSON document of all public IP ranges used by its services, updated as AWS adds or changes address space. CloudFront and every other listed service appear as rows in that same file—filter by the service field (for example CLOUDFRONT) rather than treating separate copies of the JSON as different sources.
